Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Italy UniPathways ("we", "us", "our") handles refund requests for our study-abroad consultancy services. It applies to fees paid directly to us for advisory and application-support services, and does not apply to third-party payments such as university tuition, visa fees, or courier/translation costs.
1. Free Eligibility Assessment
Our initial eligibility assessment, conducted via our online form or WhatsApp, is provided free of charge and is not subject to this Refund Policy.
2. Paid Consultancy Services
Our total service fee for the complete process is a fixed PKR 150,000, paid in three stages: PKR 50,000 when you agree to our service, PKR 50,000 once you secure university admission, and PKR 50,000 once you receive your visa. The scope of included services is confirmed in writing before you make the first payment.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- A full refund of the PKR 50,000 advance may be considered if you cancel before we have commenced work on your application.
- If university admission is not secured through no fault of yours, we will refund PKR 25,000 of the PKR 50,000 advance. The remaining PKR 25,000 is retained for the application work already completed.
- Once university admission is granted, all fees paid are non-refundable, including where a visa is later refused by an embassy or immigration authority, as these outcomes are outside our control.
- No refund will be issued if you withdraw after your application has been submitted to a university, portal, or authority on your behalf.
- No refund will be issued where a client has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information or documents, lacks the required funds, or misses a mandatory appointment.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@italyunipathways.com or via WhatsApp with your name, payment details, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs such as university application fees, visa fees, translation/legalization/apostille charges, and courier costs are non-refundable once paid, as these are remitted to or incurred with third parties.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
