1. Our Services

Italy UniPathways provides study-abroad advisory services, including eligibility assessment, guidance on Italian university admissions, application support, document preparation assistance, and general guidance on the Universitaly portal, CIMEA/DOV verification, and Permesso di Soggiorno processes. We act solely as an independent advisor and are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any Italian government body, embassy, consulate, or university unless explicitly stated.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Admission decisions, visa approvals, and residence permit issuance rest solely with the relevant Italian universities, embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or any specific outcome. Our role is limited to providing guidance, document support, and application assistance based on the information you provide.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• You are responsible for meeting application deadlines, fees, and requirements set by universities and authorities.
• Any misrepresentation, forged documents, or false information provided by you is solely your responsibility, and we accept no liability for consequences arising from it.

4. Fees & Payments

Our total service fee for the complete process is a fixed PKR 150,000, paid in three stages: PKR 50,000 when you agree to our service, PKR 50,000 once you secure university admission, and PKR 50,000 once you receive your visa. The scope of included services is confirmed in writing before you make the first payment. Fees for our services are distinct from, and do not include, university tuition, visa fees, translation/legalization costs, or any third-party charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Italy UniPathways and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Italy UniPathways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of admission opportunity, visa refusal, or financial loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue our services to any client at our discretion, including in cases of misrepresentation, abusive conduct, or non-payment of agreed fees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms, and any Service Agreement with us, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
